On the way to Singapore via Hong Kong

After having a fun and busy Christmas day, I had to be at the airport at 10pm. Of course my car acts up on my way home from Lancaster, and then it rains! After saying goodbye to my furballs (miss them!), I made it to the Flyaway and the airport in plenty of time.The flight was long (about 14 hours to Hong Kong). I watched 2 movies and slept in a lovely cramped position. It was nice to be able to get off the plane and walk around. The Hong Kong Airport was very nice - lots of shops. I was actually here about 15 years ago, but I don't remember anything but the bright neon lights and telephones in the hotel bathrooms (I stayed overnight last time). By the way - I skipped a whole day (Sunday)!
